Overview

Standardized, secure mobile banking apps shipped at scale for institutions including NIC Asia, Chhimek, and Sawalamban — KYC, payments, loans, and statements.

The challenge

Microfinance institutions needed trustworthy, compliant mobile banking — repeatable across 150+ deployments without sacrificing security or quality.

What I did

• Delivered 150+ fintech apps with shared, hardened building blocks.
• Integrated payment gateways: eSewa, Khalti, Connect IPS, FonePay.
• Standardized Flutter testing — unit + widget + integration on KYC and payment flows with mockito.
• Added OCR-based KYC autofill and AI-summarized transaction insights (OpenAI / Gemini, ML Kit).
