Overview

Customer app and backend for a multi-stakeholder quick-commerce platform connecting customers, riders, stores, and warehouses with real-time logistics.

The challenge

Coordinating sub-10-minute delivery requires tight, real-time orchestration across customers, riders, dark stores, and warehouses — and a client app fast enough to never lose an order.

What I did

• Built the customer Flutter app and Go backend services end to end.
• Implemented real-time order tracking and rider dispatch across the valley.
• Modeled inventory, stores, riders, and warehouses as separate domains.
• Added integration tests on the Flutter client and table-driven + httptest coverage on Go services, wired into CI on every PR.
